We do not offer refunds for subscriptions. For mobile app purchases, refund requests must be submitted through Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective policies.

The trending data displayed on our Service is aggregated from third-party social media platforms. We do not own this content. All trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners. Our use of third-party content is for informational purposes and does not imply endorsement.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed with formal dispute resolution. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will provide additional notice (such as an email notification). Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
